Service Description

A holistic life coach assists individuals in identifying and achieving their personal goals related to health, fitness, relationships and lifestyles. You will gain support through the difficulties and celebrate your success as you journey towards your goals. I will help you define your goals and break them down into small, manageable steps. Not only will we meet in person or online once a week for 1 hour, but I will connect frequently through motivational and accountability texts.
